Columbia Banking System

Columbia Banking System, Inc. is the Tacoma, Washington-based holding company for Columbia Bank, a full-service commercial bank offering retail and business banking, SBA lending, wealth management, and equipment leasing across the western United States. The company was formed through a 2023 merger with Umpqua Holdings Corporation and unified all branches under the Columbia Bank name in September 2025. It trades on Nasdaq under the ticker COLB.
