Spire Inc.

Spire Inc. is a publicly traded natural gas utility holding company that safely delivers natural gas to about 1.7 million homes and businesses across Missouri, Alabama and Mississippi, with recent expansion into the Nashville, Tennessee area. Its principal utility subsidiary traces back to 1857 as the Laclede Gas Light Company, and the parent holding company adopted the Spire name in 2016. Beyond regulated gas distribution, Spire also operates pipeline and storage businesses such as Spire STL Pipeline.
