Somnigroup International

Somnigroup International is the parent company of Tempur Sealy, Mattress Firm, and Dreams. It designs, manufactures, and sells mattresses and bedding products under brands including Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster, with more than 2,800 retail stores and operations in over 100 countries. The company was formerly named Tempur Sealy International and adopted the Somnigroup name in February 2025 after completing its acquisition of Mattress Firm.
