Nextpower Inc. (Nasdaq: NXT) is a global energy technology company based in Fremont, California that designs and supplies integrated solar power infrastructure. It makes solar trackers, foundations, electrical balance-of-system components, and software controls for utility-scale and distributed generation solar projects, and has recently expanded into module frames, robotics, and power conversion systems. The company was founded in 2013 as Nextracker Inc. and officially renamed itself Nextpower Inc. on November 12, 2025.
