Tri Pointe Homes

Tri Pointe Homes is a US homebuilder founded in 2009 that designs and constructs premium single-family homes and residential communities across roughly a dozen states. It was publicly traded on the NYSE under ticker TPH after a 2013 IPO. In May 2026 it was acquired by Japan's Sumitomo Forestry for approximately $4.5 billion and delisted, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary.
