Nasdaq, Inc. is a multinational financial services and technology company that operates the Nasdaq Stock Market along with several other exchanges in North America and Europe. It provides trading, clearing, exchange technology, listing, information, and public and private company data and analytics services to corporations, financial institutions, and investors worldwide. Originally launched in 1971 as the world's first electronic stock market, it has grown through acquisitions into a broader market infrastructure and data/analytics business.
