JBT Marel supplies processing equipment, software, and service support to food and beverage producers, spanning poultry, meat, fish, dairy, beverage, and plant-based product lines. The company was formed in January 2025 when JBT Corporation completed its acquisition of Marel and combined the two firms' food technology businesses. It runs manufacturing, distribution, and service operations across nearly 30 countries.
