Hyster-Yale Materials Handling designs, engineers, manufactures and services lift trucks and aftermarket parts, sold primarily under the Hyster and Yale brands. The company also owns Bolzoni (lift truck attachments) and Nuvera Fuel Cells, and operates manufacturing and service facilities across North America, Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific. It is the principal operating subsidiary of publicly traded Hyster-Yale, Inc. (NYSE: HY).
