Yum China Holdings, Inc. is the largest restaurant company in China, operating KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Lavazza, Little Sheep, and Huang Ji Huang across more than 17,000 locations in over 2,000 cities. The company was spun off from Yum! Brands as an independent, publicly traded firm on November 1, 2016, and holds an exclusive license to operate and sub-license the KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell brands in mainland China. It trades on the NYSE (YUMC) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (9987).
