UPM-Kymmene

UPM-Kymmene Oyj (UPM) is a Finnish forest-industry and material solutions company headquartered in Helsinki. It produces pulp, paper, plywood, sawn timber, labels and composites, bioenergy, transport biofuels, and biochemicals across production facilities in about 11 countries. UPM was formed in 1996 through the merger of Kymmene Corporation with Repola Oy and United Paper Mills, and its shares trade on Nasdaq Helsinki.
