STAG Industrial is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, owns, and operates single-tenant industrial properties across the United States. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, it trades on the NYSE under the ticker STAG. As of mid-2026 its portfolio includes roughly 600 buildings totaling more than 120 million square feet of industrial space spread across 41 states.
