Quanta Services is a Houston-based specialty contractor that provides infrastructure services for the electric power, pipeline, industrial, and communications industries across North America. The company operates through numerous operating subsidiaries, including Probst Electric, which performs high-voltage transmission line construction, design-build, and maintenance for utilities. It has grown through organic expansion and more than 200 acquisitions since being founded in 1997.
