Kenvue

Kenvue is a consumer health company spun off from Johnson & Johnson's consumer healthcare division in 2023. It manufactures and markets well-known health and personal care brands including Tylenol, Band-Aid, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Listerine, and Zyrtec. Kenvue is a publicly traded company (NYSE: KVUE) and is in the process of being acquired by Kimberly-Clark, with the deal expected to close in the second half of 2026.
