Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns luxury and upper-upscale hotels across the United States, with additional properties in Brazil and Canada. The company does not operate the hotels itself; properties are managed under major brands such as Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, and Four Seasons. It is the largest publicly traded lodging REIT in the world, with roughly 80 hotels and about 43,000 rooms as of late 2024.
