Flagstar Bank, N.A. is a US regional bank that resulted from New York Community Bancorp's 2022 acquisition of the original Flagstar Bancorp and a subsequent 2024 rebrand of the combined company to the Flagstar name. It provides mortgages, commercial banking, personal and small business banking, retail banking, insurance, and investment services through roughly 340 branches across nine states. The holding company traded on the NYSE as "Flagstar Financial, Inc." under ticker FLG from October 2024 until an October 2025 reorganization folded the holding company directly into the bank.
