The company owns UGG, HOKA, and Teva, along with the smaller Koolaburra brand, selling through department stores, specialty retailers, and direct-to-consumer channels in more than 50 countries. It is a publicly traded company on the NYSE under ticker DECK and a member of the S&P 500.
