Concentrix is a publicly traded business process outsourcing and customer experience (CX) company operating in more than 70 countries. It provides technology-enabled customer support, sales, digital operations, and AI-driven services to more than 2,000 client organizations, including over 160 Fortune 500 companies. The company traces its roots to 1983 and became an independent public company in December 2020 after separating from SYNNEX Corporation.
