Coherent Corp. is a publicly traded photonics and semiconductor company that designs and manufactures optical components, lasers, and materials. Its products serve datacenter and communications networks, industrial manufacturing, electronics, and instrumentation markets. The company was formed in 2022 when II-VI Incorporated acquired laser maker Coherent, Inc. and adopted the Coherent Corp. name.
