As of late 2024 the company owned roughly 360-363 shopping centers totaling about 64-66 million square feet of retail space spanning 29 states, with concentrations in Florida, Texas, and California. It leases space to grocery and value-oriented retail brands and generates revenue primarily from tenant rents.
